Their billing system sucks. They have to send out bills through USPS. If a bill gets lost or does not show up in your mailbox, then you get nailed with a $25 "re-instatement" fee?!? That is RIDICULOUS. They have an online-payment system, but it is not tied to their billing system so customers have NO IDEA what they should pay. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The girl named Diane in the office very very rude should not be in the customer service industry my mother got a bill after she canceled the garbage over 1 year ago and she pays her garbage yearly taking advantage of the elderly terrible terrible terrible company

I scheduled a end of service so my ex husband could put everything in his name, on garbage day they picked up my can before the garbage came even though there was still garbage to pick up they refused to leave the can and now wont be delivering one until after the next garbage day. So therefore he will have bags of garbage however no totes to put it on hopefully we don't have wind because it will be all over the neighborhood. Totally unacceptable

Does not take all the garbage leaves things behind. Call customer service to have them come back and get the rest they promise 7 to 10 business days till it gets picked up never does they lie and completely unprofessional have called multiple times throughout last year.

OK. You have to keep after them or they will raise your price to ridiculous levels.

Office staff was pretty friendly. Had 5-6 roll offs delivered, which were difficult to schedule. Had issue with them not picking up cardboard for recycling, emptied one container and left cardboard stack on driveway. I called the office, which defended driver and didn't seem to care. Had to pick up card board and put in roll off (thankfully we had it). Having company remove roll off, and I will not use them again for that service. Next time will try a national chain, possibly Waste Management.

I have called many times to have the problem corrected.  The problem is fixed for a couple of weeks and then they toss the garbage can into my yard where it's almost impossible for me to retrieve. I use a walker due to my physical handicap as a result of a severe auto accident. It's especially difficult in the Winter if there is snow on my driveway.  I pay an additional fee to have my garbage picked up at my garage and to have the garbage can returned from where they took it.  They seem to be completely insensitive to the problem.

We have used them for a long time. However when making temporary stops in service, they get things mixed up. Office is not well orgainized. Also, if our large garbage container is not left at the roadside, they will not pick up recycling.

The last month of service has been poor.  They have neglected to pick up either trash or recycling on the designated day  for the last month.  Our day of service is Friday.  By the time we realize they are not coming, it is too late to call to report it and we have to wait until Monday.  Last Friday, 6/6/14, no recycling was collected on my street.  Myself and three other neighbors called on Monday morning, 6/9/14, to report it.  We were told that a pickup would occur that day.  By 3 pm, there still had not been a pickup.  I called to report that and was told that the trucks were out until 630 pm and that a work order had been made for the truck to come.  By 7:30 pm, the full recycling bins were still sitting by the curb.  I will continue to call until they finally get here, however I have already fired this company and will be starting with a new waste hauler this week.
