CREATURE COMFORT PET SITTERS

We'd been using CCPS for several months whenever we were away, so probably six times. Both sitters are very much pet people, which made us feel comfortable.
Unfortunately, we needed to move and getting the keys back wasn't the painless process I expected, especially since I'd planned to keep them on at the new location (albeit with a new sitter whose area the new place is in). I was frustrated enough to call another sitter and give that a try.
That said, we were mostly satisfied with using CCPS up until that point. Getting a hold of them to get on the calendar was sometimes a little fussy, and I would have preferred they do a little better job noticing if a cat had a hairball or similar mess somewhere so it'd be cleaned up, but the cats did well with them, the litter was always changed when we got back, and there were never any signs that they didn't do what they were supposed to.
They also took the litter out to the dumpster and checked mail while we were away. Furthermore, they left detailed reports about each visit, even when there were two visits during a single day. They also use a form for most any contingency to help them in an emergency (asking such things as your vet, what amounts to advanced directives, and other information). They ask that you keep the folder in a specific location so that any of their staff can find it should it be needed, even if it's a weird situation requiring someone not typically there to handle it.
If our new sitters don't work out, although CCPS is pricier than the new people, we'll likely go back to them.

It's just bad manners not to return calls.

I called the service three times - leaving both my home and work telephone numbers - and did not receive any calls back. - On eof your other reorts indicated they received the same results. - If they do not want any more business, they should indicate as much.

They begin with a get to know you call and are totally professional from there. You get a report from each visit. I would definately trust them with my pets!

Don't waste your time.

We have used this company for many years and are very happy with the service. They are very organized, they come interview and meet the furry clients before they perform the service. They write detailed reports from their visits. They offer a complete list of services and their fees are all clearly stated up front. They are often available at short notice.

They were very responsive and professional. They were very skilled in meeting the dogs and came on time and left reports of each visit. The dogs were happy when we returned. They helped on short notice and did a great job.
