That was when I went on Angi and thankfully, Josh came to my rescue. He came to my house, measured the job I wanted to have done and the amount of carpet he said to order was much less than the first recommendation. I needed someone to make area rugs out of rolled carpet and a runner installed on stairs. Josh was extremely helpful and efficient in planning and scheduling my job. The installers were excellent, friendly and polite and went above and beyond to ensure I was very happy with the job. They were very meticulous in laying the area rugs and cleaning up any fibers and debris left behind when they were done. I will definitely be using and recommending Advanced Flooring N.Y., LLC in the future."

My one quibble is that the rental process was not as transparent as it could have been. For instance, I was able to return the rental car to their shop - which saved me time - but they had no process for checking the rental car to confirm that there was no damage. They simply held the car on their lot and notified the rental agency that it was there. So, I was not able to document that the car was undamaged when returned. This turned out to be a moot point in this case, but seems to me that if the car had been damaged on their lot after I turned it in, I could have been held liable for the damage. However, that quibble aside, I would definitely recommend this company."
