"We had quite a bit of hardwood flooring work done. The kitchen and dining room were hardwood, we asked Mike's team to resurface it. We also had carpet in both bedrooms/hallway/living room. We had them rip up and dispose of all carpet and lay unfinished hardwood flooring down, sand and stain all flooring. The job was estimated at taking 4 days and it took exactly that. I had the luxury of working from home during the process and they guys worked very hard, 8am - 7pm every night. The one thing we liked was they removed some boards from our original hardwood and staggered in new boards as to make a smooth transition. They also were able to lay hardwood on both crawlspace doors and put baseboards and quarter round around the entire area. Also staining, they laid almost 750 sq ft of hardwood and stained it all in Royal Mahogany. All of our trim is white and there was no stain splatters anywhere. Amazing. The one thing that stuck out was their fireplace work. We have a stone fireplace with no straight edges and they work extremely hard to fit the wood around the fireplace, keeping it clean and professional looking. Laying hardwood is a art, it looks simple but there is a lot of thought process that goes into it. Where to lay your foundation board, transitions, sanding and staining techniques. These guys hit the nail on the head in every category. And to top it off, you can't beat the price. Well done, thanks Mike and team."
