I had a 65 ft Spruce tree that stood a few feet from my shed and was surrounded by fencing and structures on my neighbors property. There was no way this tree could be felled by standard methods. Arbor Care found a way to set up a complex rigging system which they used to take the tree down in sections with no damage. Even a family of Wrens that lived in a birdhouse just a few feet from the tree were untouched. I also had them prune two very large trees, a Beech, and an Oak. They literally went out on a limb to reach areas in those trees. Now my trees are healthy again and look so much better. There is a lot more sunlight in my yard now. It makes the yard look and feel airy and open again. My wife and I are looking forward to spending time on our patio now. Arbor Care came with the right equipment to get the job done. I could have probably gotten my grinding done less expensively but the stumps were close to buried cables and we did not know exactly where they were in relation to the roots and he managed to grind what was above ground and slightly under the surface without damage to the cables underground. "Very well. 3-4 problem limbs were safely pruned and then hauled away. The 3 man crew was courteous, efficient and after the cuts, other than the new sunlight, one could not even tell they were here. All done on a Sunday afternoon when I had felt I was in dire need to get the offending limbs cut down ASAP. A dreary morning ended the day as a bright day for me all because of the professionalism and efficiency of Ralph and his tree company “Down Right Tree Experts”. When I awakened and fully realized my problem, I quickly decided then and there to go to Angi.com to find its recommendation to get a tree surgeon for my problem limbs pushing against my fascia, roof and backyard gutters. From a short list provided of 4 companies by Angi, I chose “ Down Right Tree Experts”. Ralph Kent, it’s principle partner, contacted me by text and was very gracious and respectful. Not at all “pushy”. Within a short time he and I decided that around 4pm he would send his men (working on another job) out to my home to look over my problem limbs and to take care of them if possible. Great!! The crew of three came, at the time they said they would, evaluated the situation, discuss everything with me, got my permission, and completed the work safely, neatly and effectively. The cost to me I thought was fair and reasonable. The crew cleaned up and carried all parts of the pruned tree limbs away for disposal. One would never know that they were even there. Because of the respect, fair cost and the total satisfactory of the job completion, I would consider hiring this company again!!"
