"I had a great experience hiring Arbor Care Tree Management. Led by a certified Arborist, this highly skilled team showed what true professionals can do when they face challenging jobs like mine. I had a 65 ft Spruce tree that stood a few feet from my shed and was surrounded by fencing and structures on my neighbors property. There was no way this tree could be felled by standard methods. Arbor Care found a way to set up a complex rigging system which they used to take the tree down in sections with no damage. Even a family of Wrens that lived in a birdhouse just a few feet from the tree were untouched. I also had them prune two very large trees, a Beech, and an Oak. They literally went out on a limb to reach areas in those trees. Now my trees are healthy again and look so much better. There is a lot more sunlight in my yard now. It makes the yard look and feel airy and open again. My wife and I are looking forward to spending time on our patio now. Arbor Care came with the right equipment to get the job done. You can tell they care about the safety of their tree climbers, and they care about protecting your trees and property too. The results were amazing, the price was fair, and they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Arbor Care and will definitely use them again."

"Great job and immediate response to the request for the job. High end precision equipment and did exactly what was needed. I could have probably gotten my grinding done less expensively but the stumps were close to buried cables and we did not know exactly where they were in relation to the roots and he managed to grind what was above ground and slightly under the surface without damage to the cables underground. Concierge grinding with essentially a small robotic tractor. I misheard the quote and thought I was rounding up with the check I wrote but actually paid a little less than the quote but they said it was fine. Quality contractor."

All done on a Sunday afternoon when I had felt I was in dire need to get the offending limbs cut down ASAP. A dreary morning ended the day as a bright day for me all because of the professionalism and efficiency of Ralph and his tree company “Down Right Tree Experts”. When I awakened and fully realized my problem, I quickly decided then and there to go to Angi.com to find its recommendation to get a tree surgeon for my problem limbs pushing against my fascia, roof and backyard gutters. From a short list provided of 4 companies by Angi, I chose “ Down Right Tree Experts”. Ralph Kent, it’s principle partner, contacted me by text and was very gracious and respectful. Not at all “pushy”. Within a short time he and I decided that around 4pm he would send his men (working on another job) out to my home to look over my problem limbs and to take care of them if possible. Great!! The crew of three came, at the time they said they would, evaluated the situation, discuss everything with me, got my permission, and completed the work safely, neatly and effectively. The cost to me I thought was fair and reasonable. The crew cleaned up and carried all parts of the pruned tree limbs away for disposal. One would never know that they were even there. Because of the respect, fair cost and the total satisfactory of the job completion, I would consider hiring this company again!!"
