They checked the fabric's manufacturer's cleaning label before cleaning my chair to see what they recommend. That helped them know to dry clean the chair instead of steam cleaning it. They explained their cleaning process and they did a fantastic job! They removed all the stains and my carpets look like new again. I found them to be very pleasant to talk to and have in my home.
