"We recently had a service call by Mid-Westchester Sewer & Drain. Initially, the technicians were Gustavo and Mekhi and, when additional equipment was required, the owner of the service, Vinny, arrived with it. Over the course of several hours they snaked the outside water pipes from both ends, viewed the interior of the lines with a cable-mounted camera, and then flushed the lines with high-pressure water. They were prepared, professional, efficient, friendly and competent and we would recommend them without reservation."

"Our 16-year-old Hot Water Tank died on Sunday and leaked all over. I went to Angi and asked two plumbers to give me quotes. One called almost immediately but I didn't like his price or his attitude. Frank, from Fast and Serious plumbers called me on Monday morning at 11:00 am. I explained my problem and that I wanted a new Hot Water Tank installed immediately. We discussed it in detail including the benefits of the different manufacturers' Tanks. We talked about the Warranties. Frank quoted me a price that was lower than the other Angi-referred plumber. We discussed everything in detail including the different Manufacturers' warranties. Having agreed on everything Frank said he'd be here to install it between 3 - 5 pm. He arrived at 4:30 pm. He drained and removed the old Tank and installed the new one. Everything went smoothly. We have hot water! Frank and his assistant left at 6:15pm. Amazingly fast. Friendly. Professional in every way. Recommended."

"Someone called back right away and schedule to come to our home at 10am. They were 4 hours late. Two guys, one seem to be professional and knew what he is doing. They checked 3 bathrooms and drain pipe, and suggested I replace the flappers, seal one of the toilets, and put epoxy around the possible crack in one of the drain pipes. The whole job took less than an hour and cost me 620 dollars. I am new a home owner and don't have much experience, and I did not request a quote in writing, but I was told in the beginning that smoke test will cost 550, if it comes to it. They did not do it. I feel they used my inexperience to gain. Not to mention, that the problem of smell remained unfixed and I did not see any changes in how toilets work."

But excellent responsiveness and service. Found Olf Faithful here on Angie's list, as plumber did not do well tanks. This time Joe came when pump stopped working. It was replaced a few years back by my plumber, so was surprised it stopped working after a short time. Plumber told me he would be a lot cheaper than well service companies. So Joe pulled up the pump, and told me that the pump was fine!! I think we were both very surprised. The plumber didn't tie down the electric cable appropriately, so it frayed, then finally broke off, resulting in lost power to the pump. I wouldn't have had a clue if I was told the pump needed replacement, so while it cost me to have the cable replaced, it would have cost more with both new cable and pump. So am grateful for company's honesty. The old saying goes here. In the end, had I knew of Old Faithful to install the pump properly, I "might" have paid more initially. But would have never needed a follow-up repair. That old saying rings true. You get what you pay for!!! Very satisfied with professionalism as well as honesty of this company. Would highly recommend."
