Al did an excellent job. It was not difficult to begin with, but his expertise showed in the simplicity of his work. His approach will make it easier to clean the drain pipes next time (in 20-30 years).

Al was very easy to get a hold of by text and showed up right on time the next day. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. He also replaced a pipe from the sink to the trap that wasn't in good shape. Al and his helper Dan were very neat and careful not to get any water anywhere. All tradesmen show be this easy to deal with, competent and responsive. This was my second time using his service and I highly recommend him.

I needed an expert to solve the location and function of two mystery pipes that run underneath our driveway. Al, the owner, was able to quickly assess the situation and solve the problem when others could not. They use a high-tech camera probe to go inside drain pipes which most plumbers do not have. Top notch expertise and very friendly. I would highly recommend these guys for camera pipe inspection and any other drain related work.

The All Drains Rooter Service technicians (Al Tice and another gentleman) spent several hours scoping the lines using cameras, monitor screens and line locators. They located all the pipes, figured out which what they were made of, found their connections, and their buried depths. They showed me where there was root intrusion in the property’s main sewer line (which was made of clay). As well, they investigated the funky design involving an old grey-water pit that had been converted into a back-up waste pit. They placed markers and flags on the property indicating where the piping was located. It was recommended that we replace the damaged piping (we are considering pipe bursting – trenchless method); add some additional clean-outs and eliminate the back-up waste pit.
We spent the entire afternoon tailing these guys during their investigations on this property. It was clearly not an easy plumbing scenario to figure out, given the age of the house, and the plumbing changes the house had undergone. However, we found the All Drains Rooter Service technicians to be intelligent, friendly, informative and really interested in figuring out the puzzle of how this old plumbing worked. I highly recommend All Drains Rooter Service to anyone in need of this service.

Found sewage in our basement Monday evening. Researched the best plumber on Angie's List (Anthony Fiorito) and called them at 9am the next morning. They told us that they specialized in replacing the outside sewer line if that was the problem, but that they would call and quot;Aland quot; at All Drains Rooter Service for us, and that he would call us around 1pm before coming over to research and/or handle the problem. We were contacted at 1pm as promised and All Drains asked could they come over between 3 and 4pm.

Al showed up at 4pm, again as promised, and set to work tracking down the problem. An hour later it was dealt with, and he took some time to explain the best way to clean up the mess from the overflowing sewage. Apparently, in older homes, it was not uncommon for them to connect the basement floor drain to the sewage line. That is where the sewage was coming from into the basement.

We were very pleased with the work that Al did, and that he kept us posted on when he would be here. I don't know what the going rate for cleaning drains is, but the $210 we spent seemed like good value for dealing with a very unpleasant situation.

Al Tice from All Drains snaked my tenant's kitchen sink. He was very nice to talk to on the phone and, from what I heard from my tenant, was very professional and fast on the job. The price he charged was right in line with my cursory research of the market. However, I do think the going rate for this kind of work, about $150, is a bit steep. Because I never personally met Mr. Tice, I'll let my tenant do the rest of the talking: The man – nice, yes. Courteous, yes. Professional, yes. Looks, YES! Seriously, he arrived on time, went straight to the problem, had it fixed in 15 minutes and left a clean workspace.

On the first visit, the owner's father came out and tried his hand at clearing the drain for about 2.5 hrs. No luck. He tried very hard and wouldnt have accepted any money fromus, if I hadnt insisted on giving him something ($40). He said his son would give it a shot the following week. On the second attempt, his son and another worker came over with the same equipment (so I was skeptical). They tried again and punched through after about 20 min. They think the previous visit may have helped and this time was just the finishing blow. All the workers who came over were extremely professional, friendly, and informative. They explained what they were doing, some possible causes, etc. I would most defnitely use them again (hopefully I'll never need to!) and reccommend them to to others. The only glitch was with the pricing. Our phone estimate was $145, and when we fgot the bill, it was a bit higher (around $230),. When my wife inquired why it was higher thatn the quote, he explained that the lower price was for basic drains and that she shouldnt have been quoted that by his wife (she answers the phone for the business). He was very accomodating however, and they did good work, so we all agreed to split the difference at $190.

They went in the basement and did the job and got out. They came on time, and they were sure to clean up after themselves. I didn't really talk to the workers that came, but when I called the company, they were very helpful and polite. They did a good job, and wasn't here trying to waste time as they got right to work and were done quickly.
