Something that we were not able to confirm at the time of the removal...we were told this was a family-owned business and that someone from the family would come in to do the removal. The men from JBH showed up on time (very polite guys), removed all the asbestos, and then brought us down to show the work they had done. We were supposed to bring in an independent contractor for air monitoring, but the people we reached out to never returned our calls (they'll get their OWN review on Angie's List). In all the craziness of our move, we forgot that we never actually booked an air monitering company. We called JBH the day of the scheduled removal to let them know about the situation and to see if we should reschedule - they ended up calling someone in on our behalf to do the monitering. Not the ideal scenario, but it was great that they did the extra legwork with practically no notice. We did have to call JBH ourselves to follow up on the air testing results, which was the one downside."
