This ended up being a challenging project with narrow crawl spaces, pipes running close to asbestos floor tiles, and mold that was found during demolition. Ray and his team were extremely hard working, explained every step, took great care to create a safe environment while we lived in our home. They left our basement spotless clean. Great price overall. Highly recommend.

He explained the entire process, giving particular attention to how they would be ensuring that all safety protocols were planned out during the quote process, and again before they got started. When the service was concluded, I was provided a full review of what was done. I am so impressed with how responsive, professional and attentive the service was that I received.

They were punctual and followed abatement procedures to a â T.â They took every step to assure that the abatement was clean and safeâ all at a reasonable fee.

They did a great job, removing asbestos tile and mastic from the roof deck over our garage. This was part of a project to fix a leak from the deck into the garage. We asked them to put plastic over the entire garage ceiling. The asbestos monitoring firm informed us that no asbestos got into the adjoining rooms of the house. They did a great job cleaning up â  â  the garage floor was cleaner than it was before they came.

The technicians did an excellent job of removing asbestos in our cellar and cleaning up afterwards (including removing 50 years' worth of cobwebs!). However, the customer service was abysmal - we were overcharged with sales tax; it took two weeks for us to receive an invoice; Elite only takes credit card payments through PayPal which charges a fee; we were told that a "clean air report" would only be sent to us after payment in full was received (whereas I was under the impression that the clean air report was part of Elite's job and payment was only due when the job was completed - and it was incomplete until the report was issued).

Elite Renovation was top notch from start to finish. They explained the process and fees ahead of time. They were able to schedule my project quickly. The job was done with excellence and they left my home in far better shape than it was when they arrived.

Ray and his team did an excellent job. I hired them to remove asbestos. They were on time and did everything by the book. I would hire them again.
