DO NOT USE THIS INDIVIDUAL FOR YOUR PROJECT!. Gerald is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He initially said the project would take 2 weeks to a month. And that was 10 months ago. 10!. It's been excuse after excuse and we are still waiting for a working product!!. He insists on getting paid, meanwhile He doesn't show up on time. He doesn't show up at all most other times. He doesn't answer his phone or uphold his guarantees. He brought other unqualified workers who destroyed our driveway, Missused our back yard as his own personal storage and shows very little responsibility for his lack of ethics, AND lack of respect!. SCAMMER who only offers excuses and broken promises. . The level of neglect and disrespect for paying customers is disgusting!!.FRUSTRATING. and very Unprofessional individual who we made the grave mistake of paying over 15 grand to! .!! AVOID GERALD AT ALL COST. HORRIBLE work ethics. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PERSON. We will be in communication with the Better Business Bureau.

Gerald’s communication was great, I had a last minute request which he was able to accommodate without price gouging me. He was able to solve my problem without in no time, and had it fixed before the day was done.

Gerald is a true professional. He diagnosed the problem with the AC on his first visit and fixed it on his second. I will be calling him in the future if I have electrical work to be done and I recommend you do the same.

He arrived when expected. Personable and easy to talk with. He understood our concerns as our house is 101 years old. Two 50 year old kitchen ceiling lights were replaced with efficient app-controllable LED fixtures. A failed GFCI receptacle was also replaced. In our music room he replaced a 3-bulb incandescent ceiling fixture with a 52” 5-blade remote controlled ceiling fan with triple light kit. It is completely silent. All projects were completed in very good time. He was very respectful of surrounding surfaces. All work was done neatly and with care. My wife and I were very happy with his way of working. He wasted no time but still double-checked all that he did. He made sure we had all necessary manufacturer info regarding app programming and use. We would gladly hire him again for all electrical work. We couldn’t be more satisfied by his estimate and how efficiently he worked. A total professional!

Beware and avoid at all costs! We contracted Gerald Williams to do some electric work on our house, he required the entire payment amount in advance ($2700) - on the day of the job he never showed up, didn't answer messages for a week, and when we called to request the money back (we picked a different electrician to do the work instead), he said he will return the money "by the end of the day" but never did. Weeks passed, and he promised to send the money "by tomorrow evening" again, but has since stopped answering all calls or messages.

Mr. Williams responded to my request for help on the same day and started and completed the work in several hours including a return to his shop for a needed part.

I paid in full , Mr Gerald Williams immediately at the job site in my home before he left.He said he would send me a receipt in the mail .I called him I pleaded with him.Begged him politely day after day and he never sent me the receipt. What's wrong with him ? I can never use him again.

Electric Plus was great! They installed an EV charging outlet in my garage. Great communication from first contact to job completion. Wiring from the panel is well-hidden in the basement ceiling and work is professionally done. Very pleased with results. Extremely impressed with care taken with my home and cleanup after job completion. Would definitely recommend!

Responded the same day (night) to my inquiry and he came out the next day to quote me. Price was fair and I booked him off the reviews. He came next the next week to install my Tesla charger. Very curtious and professional and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend and rebook for other work if needed.

Gerald and his assistant Louie did an amazing job! I highly recommend him for your electrical needs. They carefully and thoroughly examined the space and provided their expert opinion of where the recessed lighting should be placed. They did their work with minimum dust and cleaned the area before they left. Gerald has many years of experience which gave me a great deal of confidence.
