they are very responsive, I never out of oil. They leave my bill on my mailbox. And if I ever have a problem on my burner they come right away to fix it. They're very good at service if I wanted a quote for my oil tank he will call and came the next day. I cant complain on their speedy service.

Sales representative was excellent. Petro electricians were great too. So far, system works well. A bit touch and go with the actual AC installation since work was contracted out to a company that was not familiar with my type of home. Petro's response to all of my additional questions after installation has been quite satisfactory so far.

OK. Expensive service contract does save "some" cost. 7 out of 10 service items not covered. But saves some cost vs. no contract.

The unit is fine. We had an oil burner that had a leak, so they said we had to shut it down. We had to make a decision on what to do. We pretty much had to go with the flow. Their responsiveness was alright.

I have used them since 2003 when we moved here. They come once a year to clean up everything. They give you a tune up every year. I call them maybe once or twice a year depending sometimes. There is a tank with a shot off valve or one of the overflow valves; you know the tanks go and they replace that. I never had a problem with them to be honest with you. Everything is great with them. They're the most professional company. They have a lot of people. They come and they are very courteous. You pay more for your oil but you don't have to worry about if it breaks. I am not a plumber so if it is 10 degrees in January or February and your oil breaks you at least know they are going to show up. I can't say that for other companies because I don't have experience with them but if you have a good thing, you keep them. The price is on a contract.

I have been using them since we moved in 2003. They're very good. They're excellent. In the middle of the winter if something breaks, they come. I mean you pay more for the oil but it is part of the contract. I don't know anything about boilers and these guys always took care of me. They're a very good company. They're the biggest out here. They have a couple of divisions that they do. They come every month to deliver oil. It didn't cost me anything; if I would have had to pay for it, it would have cost me $500. They're good. I have no problem with them. There was no cost because I have a contract. You pay .50 to .70 cents more a gallon because that's how they make their money and you get a contract. Let's say that oil a gallon is like $2.50 you'll pay like $3.50 or $3.25 because that takes care of the contract. Which is fine by me because I don't know anything about those oil burners and they are a pain in the neck. They don't have gas out where I live. If your boiler goes out when it's 2 degrees out, they will show up. The workers are knowledgeable; most of them are great.

They are the biggest on Long Island. It is free service every year. They clean if necessary or whatever they do. It did not need a cleaning this year. It is my second year and they did it last year. They are all over the island. I have one my research and they are in-line and a little bit better than others. They have been good to me so far and I sticking with them as long as it works that way. I have not had any bad experiences. They did bill me for a service call which was not billable, it was included. They quickly corrected it when they realized it, so no problem. I am under contract with them.
