"Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them."

"Once again, Jason and his guys came through for us for an emergency situation. I noticed a small amount of mold growing on the ceiling above our shower. To me this was an emergency. Though Jason was fully booked up, he found the time to remove and replace the ceiling, install a new exhaust fan, and do all the associated repairs. As always, his team did the job quickly, were professional and neat. The work was top quality. I recommend Explicit Exteriors without hesitation."

It was a very fair price considering some of the other estimates I got so I called them the next morning to schedule the job. Two days later they were paving my driveway. They put down item 4 gravel rolled it then laid the blacktop and pitched it correctly so water runs off. I also had a section of the drive that I wanted item 4 gravel put down and rolled and they did an excellent job on that as well. I highly recommend this company to any who are considering having this work done. They are very professional, prompt and had a very fair price."
