Not only was Jim extremely responsive to my service request, arriving early to the appointment to asses my situation, ( a very stressful one as Nyseg had tagged my water heater as not being vented properly and had shut off my gas), he was able to give me a few options that would work ideally for me, and to my great relief was able to schedule my job, (a replacement, relocated water heater, properly vented as per Nyseg),the very next day. Jim was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He even went above and beyond by contacting Nyseg for their necessary sign off on his work, and I was back online in just a few hours. My only complaint was that the appt time was changed 3 times before the final request from Shamrock, at 5:30 p.m., asking if we could be the first appt of the day, 9-10 a.m. They showed up at 2:30-3:00 p.m. I had to call Shamrock at noon to ask if we still had an appt. They replied now the previous job was not finished. Why would I get a call at 5:30 p.m. the day before to request if I could be the 1st appt of the day? Our afternoon plans were cancelled that day. I have no complaint of how job was completed but then I can't see the chimney cover being screwed in place. I guess I should have for a before & after picture."
