Toby and helper inspected and cleaned my flue. Unfortunely the pictures he took showed gaps between my tiles. He said it was not safe to use my wood stove and explained why. I appreciated the fact that he did not pressure me to repair it but rather explained my options.

Toby and his helper did a very thorough and professional job cleaning and inspecting our chimney. Both young men were very careful to contain any mess associated with their work. Most importantly we had recently had a new chimney built and he was able to warn us that it was constructed incorrectly and we were in danger of a fire. He not only clearly told us what needed to be done, but he was willing to speak to the contractor on our behalf in order to support our assertions that repairs were needed.

I hired this company to repair what we believed to be a roof leak for my father who is 80 years old. He arrived on time and discovered it was actually a leak from the refrigerator ice maker and not the roof. All he asked for was a few dollars for gas. Thank you so much for treating an old man fairly. A decent man and company. Feel good about hiring them!

Prompts and solved problem

Toby and his crew were professional and consulted me with any concerns or findings along the way. They were able to squeeze my smaller roof replacement in between their other larger roof repairs which was something I was having a hard time finding other companies willing to do. As busy as they are, Toby still made me feel like I was their only customer. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be using Toby and his crew again!
