"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."

"Hired Greg for a full gut and remodel of a bathroom. Greg was very competent, personable, and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. He made us feel like we were in good hands. He took the time to make sure things were done the right way. The result was top notch, couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely use this company again!"

"Excellent! Zach designed our extension and it was everything we could have hope for!"

"I was very pleased and satisfied with the work that Loja Renovation provided. They replaced and installed a medicine cabinet by removing old tiles and replaced with new tiles to accommodate the new one. Patched a wall where a bathroom cabinet was removed. And replaced a tub spout with a new one. I would hire the again and recommend them to others."

"I couldn't have expected a better service, and that's after using several engineers in the tri-state for past work. This engineer also goes above and beyond. He is meticulous, honest and very responsive. He was truly a pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely be using him again, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

"Premier home remodeling did a amazing job on a big renovation we had done on our home. We had our unfinished basement, kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. Charles and the crew were professional, clean, and super friendly. They had great suggestions, and designed our kitchen a way me and my husband never thought could be done. Our bathrooms are beautiful, and our basement is a great new living space to our home. We will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to all of our family and friends. Thank you premier!"

"Excellent job. Showed up on time and did a nice clean up after. This job was to replace a hole in the ceiling with sheetrock and painting. Very good work; I can't even see where he patched it, so smooth. I will definitely use James Agate Contracting again."

"How refreshing to find professionals that were willing to work with us and offer suggestions for our project and go above and beyond in their work. They were attentive to the smallest detail and helped to restore a great screened-in porch for our family. The work was completed in the designated time frame and all clean up was respectful of our shubbery and furniture. We would recommend this company and their owner for any future projects. Great to work with people who continue to hone their craft."
