Pagano Tile and Remodeling installed luxury plank flooring throughout my new condo, and they also painted the entire unit. Nelson and his craftsman did a fantastic job, with great attention to detail and ensuring that everything was done to my satisfaction. I heartily recommend them for any remodeling project. You will not be disappointed.!!

Very professional work from start to finishish. ....great tile work And ni e finish to grout and mouldings. All appliances and Vanity and toilet replaced

The Grout work that was previously done by another contractor was a mess, I am very pleased with how it looks now , Nelson went above an beyond to make sure i was happy. His staff worked very professionally. I will use Pagano tile and remodeling on my next job

I would give Pagano 6 stars. They were a pleasure to work with; and to my surprise, professional, fair, not pricey [which is hard to find these days!] Their focus was to make the customer happy and that they did! I highly recommend Pagano. And, "No" I don't know them personally! So this is a legit opinion of my experience. Thank you Pagano! Love my new kitchen floor!

They did an amazing job on my master bathroom shower. The job was done in a timely fashion and they were both very professional. Would definitely use them again for projects. Thanks for a great job!

I hired this company to do a kitchen tile floor. We also then hired them to do windows, siding, and doors. The main person we dealt with was John and the customer service person we dealt with was Genie. They gave us the best price out of all the estimates that we got. They did a very good job with the siding, the windows, and the doors. There were some slight issues. One was that when they did the front windows, they left a bunch of glass in the front garden bed. But for the most part, it was a very nice job and they did a good job for the money. They did the kitchen floor, and the windows, and the siding, and it all came out pretty good. We were able to trust them alone in our house. Nothing went missing. They finished about 80% of the work and winter was coming, so the other 20% had to wait until the spring time (it was some outside work, and brickwork). We were fine with this and understood and were willing to wait. We owed them a little money and they owed us a little work. It was about even with what we owed them. When springtime rolled around, I couldn't get a hold of them and couldn't get the work done. It was a lot of drama, miscommunication, like pulling teeth to get the last 20% done. I never ended up getting the last amount of work done and just went with someone else to get the last 20% done. I remember Genie stating something about John having some health issues or something. Not sure what happened, but everything fell apart over the winter and it was like dealing with a totally different company come spring time. In the end it all worked out. They didn't do the last 20% and I didn't pay them the small bit that I owed them. Not sure who came out winning with that one but I don't care. I'm glad it's all over. There were also issues with the tile floor in the kitchen. The tiles kept cracking and moving. However, to be fair, we did call them like three separate times to come fix the tiles that they did and they did fix them each time with no hassle. And we could leave them in the house with no problems at all. As of today, the tiles are cracking again and moving. We've just given up at this point. I'm not sure if it is their fault or if that was a floor where tiles should have never been put in the first place. If that's the case, it would have been nice for a professional tile person to tell us that tile would not be a good flooring solution for that type of floor. But either way, we're probably going to have to get someone else in to take a look at it and put another type of floor down like lineoleum or something. I'm done dealing with this company. Hope this helps somebody.

Professional, pleasant, and cost competitive.

We hired Pagano Tile to install our Kitchen Porcelain tiles. They were able to accommodate us with a install date immediately. They did a very professional installation and clean up as they installed. The tile floor came out AMAZING. I highly recommend them for any tile project! We are so happy with the installation!!!

As the project just wrapped and I have yet to "walk" on it, I cannot confirm excellence, otherwise, they would have had 5 stars all the way. The workers were "professional". The young lady supervising them was cheerful, communicative. The Office Manager (Sylvie?) seems to keep everyone organized and is VERY responsive.. Finally Joe Pagano is a PLEASURE to work with. He gave me a number, stuck with it, and did the job. I will definitely hire them if we have anything else in the future. This is an UPDATE. The grout settled in some (FEW) places and they came and regrouted nearly a month after the project was completed. I am upgrading them to FIVE STARS all the way

The customer service person, Sylvia, was excellent. She followed up with me and made me feel comfortable and confident the job would be done right and it was. The installer was great. His helper I wouldn't give a great review for but the main installer they use you couldn't ask for anyone better. The job was done on time; neat clean and precise. The owner came to do the estimate and he gave me a fair price for the different jobs that had to be accomplished. Punctual as well.

Very courteous and professional. Cleaned up work area before leaving each day.
