He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. "We hired Steven to redo our kitchen floor and install a countertop backsplash. Unfortunately, the project did not go as smoothly as planned. The workmen on the first day caused damage to an adjacent floor and did a poor job with the leveling. To Steven’s credit, he immediately acknowledged the problems and arranged, at his own expense, for the floor to be refinished and the leveling redone properly. What was supposed to be a three-day project stretched into months because of these complications, and during that time we often doubted his assurances that he truly wanted the work done right.
