They did a great job installing two stainless steel flue liners, one for the fireplace and one for the gas furnace, replacing the furnace pipe connection, and neatly closing up the entrance to the chimney wall. Repaired the top cap, installed top plates to lining system and installed two rain caps to prevent water, animals and debris from getting inside. On the outside of the chimney, repaired and replaced seven bricks with new mortar. Repaired crown with crown seal and attached new flashing at roof. Waterproofed chimney. Cleaned up all debris inside and out Very personable and efficient team. I am very happy with the work done on my 50 year old chimney."

"Visit 1: Technician diagnosed as Ignition OK but pilot goes out after 30 seconds and tries to light again. Pilot flame is not reaching flame sensor. It was determined to be non-functioning gas valve. Visit 2: Technician installs new gas valve and same issue. Visit 3: Another technician comes and determines real issue to be a plugged orifice.
