"They came a couple weeks ago for a quote. They were the only people that were willing to look at our chimney inside. They wrote the quote up right there for rebuilding and doing some work inside the attic on the chimney. They were very timely and very polite, they kept me updated with everything going on and informed me of a few things that needed to get done such as a liner and showed me the issues. They said they could do it the next day since they were coming back to finish the rest of the job. I told them that morning it wasn’t in our budget but before the fall we would like it done. "It is rare to find such quality, service, value and expertise. We bought our Enviro G39 gas fireplace after visiting the showroom a couple of times. We wanted a fireplace but didn't want the expense of masonry. However - gas fireplaces scared us! Dylan gave us all the information we needed (and more) to get comfortable. Since we had a contractor already remodeling our house - they installed the unit. However, we were still nervous and wanted the experts to review the install - just to be safe. Paul came out, reviewed the install, gave us a tutorial, answered 1,001 concerns until we felt safe and secure with our newly installed fireplace. They never rushed us, never made us feel stupid for asking so many questions, never failed to be friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Our investment was worth every penny. "Project: repair chimney Alan and Joey arrived on time and ready to work. They did a great job installing two stainless steel flue liners, one for the fireplace and one for the gas furnace, replacing the furnace pipe connection, and neatly closing up the entrance to the chimney wall. Repaired the top cap, installed top plates to lining system and installed two rain caps to prevent water, animals and debris from getting inside. On the outside of the chimney, repaired and replaced seven bricks with new mortar. Repaired crown with crown seal and attached new flashing at roof. Waterproofed chimney. Cleaned up all debris inside and out Very personable and efficient team. I am very happy with the work done on my 50 year old chimney."
