Not good, well, at first it was fine but now I have had nothing but problems. Had no problems with my Furnance and suddenly it started leaking oil the next year after I starting using them to do my yearly cleaning. After paying $350 to fix, some how the power switch was turned off, never had been for 10 years, and my furnace would not turn on...they charged me $120 to flick the switch (I think they turned it off after the supposedly fixed my leak). Following winter, had leak fixed in spring, burner still leaking! After another $450 to change out the pump, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Their service and response time is great, and they have always arrived when they said they would be at the house. We have used them for furnace cleanings, as well as if there was a problem. One time my furnace smelled like oil, not a good thing, and they came out. Instead of trying to sell me on another part, they told me the part just needed to be cleaned, which he did. I wouldn't have known that I didn't need to pay for .

I first called a local Company in town and was told before they even arrived that my furnace should be completely cleaned and parts may need to be replaced (surprise, surprise) but most importantly - they wanted hundreds of dollars for the pleasure of showing up, even if they did nothing once they got there! So I called All Phase next. They were very polite and said they would come out and see what needed to be done, no mention of up charging or forcing me into getting work done. When Kevin Fay arrived he was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that, he explained my furnace to me and poined out that me system was fairly clean, he took off the cover and cleaned the gunk under the rods (I may not be using the right term). I next explained my issue with my water running too hot for us and he not only adjusted the sensor on the water heater (no small feat because it was stuck so he had to fix it first) he then taught us how to do it so we would not have to call him back next time. (in case the sensor moves again) . By the way, he also told me my furnace system did not need any major parts replaced, it was just put in 3 years earlier by the very company that I had called originally. (they should have known that.) Any person (company) who takes the time to explain to me how my own furnace works and reassure me so I won't be nervous deserves to be rehired. I would absolutely hire Kevin and All Phase for any of my OIL or GAS or A/C needs again. *Note: The reason this review is just going up now - I wasn't a member of Angies list when the work was done.
