So I called All Phase next. They were very polite and said they would come out and see what needed to be done, no mention of up charging or forcing me into getting work done.
When Kevin Fay arrived he was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that, he explained my furnace to me and poined out that me system was fairly clean, he took off the cover and cleaned the gunk under the rods (I may not be using the right term).
I next explained my issue with my water running too hot for us and he not only adjusted the sensor on the water heater (no small feat because it was stuck so he had to fix it first) he then taught us how to do it so we would not have to call him back next time. (in case the sensor moves again) .
By the way, he also told me my furnace system did not need any major parts replaced, it was just put in 3 years earlier by the very company that I had called originally. (they should have known that.)
Any person (company) who takes the time to explain to me how my own furnace works and reassure me so I won't be nervous deserves to be rehired.
I would absolutely hire Kevin and All Phase for any of my OIL or GAS or A/C needs again.
