They identified the source of the damage, explained the repair process step by step, and answered all of my questions. The job involved removing the damaged areas and replacing the old flooring with waterproof vinyl. The difference is night and day—the floor now feels completely solid and even, and the new flooring looks great and should hold up much better over time. Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. His project costs are competitively reasonable. The building materials and plumbing appliances he installs are first class or, may reflect the financial restraints you place on each project, He is a skilled craftsman of the first order, competent in all he does. I have “NEVER” employed anyone who can compete with his varied skill sets, acumen and, demeanor. Sean McLeod has created a whole new environment for us to live in and enjoy. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

The technician arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They made sure the area was protected and left everything clean once the job was completed. I appreciated how thorough the inspection was and the time they took to answer our questions. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but they definitely delivered. Highly recommend."
