The install was completed when promised and the techs were meticulous. The inside of our home was left spotless, the equipment was perfectly set up and all materials used were high quality. "We decided to add central air to our house. I called sure-temp as they installed our furnace 4 years ago. Based on my furnace experience, I expected a quote from a polite, professional person and that is exactly what I got. Interestingly enough, I mentioned to the estimator that I felt that Sure Temp was very reasonable with their products and pricing. He said quite bluntly that they were not necessarily the cheapest but that they worked hard to support everything that they sell. To be safe, I had 2 other companies do an assessment. While a month and a half later I have yet to hear from one company, the second was $200.00 more for a similarly featured competitive model. Add the 36 month interest free financing and I am happy. To be honest, the estimators from all 3 companies were professional in their work.
Ok. Back to sure temp. The quote came to me within 2 days. After doing my due diligence, I contacted Sure Temp to confirm, got approved and within a week the install was completed. Talk about fast! The installers arrived early and were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well.
From the initial call through completion, everyone I came into contact with at this firm was never anything but polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend them highly.

He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"There were two crews working at the same time.  The insulation crew headed by Jim worked outside for three days in the extreme heat, the 2nd day hitting a temp of 101.  They insulated  inside and out and you would never know they were here.  They cleaned up every last scrap and vacuumed all the residue.  They were efficient, professional and  personable to work with.    The HVAC crew, Mike and Frank had to remove my cast iron furnace that the previous owners had set in cement; (the guys said it looked like the furnace was put in and the house was built around it!)  It was quite a job getting that out of my basement but, they did it!. They were also very professional, friendly and answered all my questions with courtesey and information I could understand.  They even programmed my thermostat and explained how I could change it if needed.    I now have a high efficiency heating and air con system that should decrease my energy bills to a third of what I was paying and I won't have to freeze this winter.    I would highly recommend Green Homes and will call on them again when I am ready to replace my old windows."
