Team was great, on time and very efficient. Answered all my questions and were all very friendly. Price was fair for the amount of work that was completed. This started as an emergency call and Chris walked me through the work that had to be completed. Problem was fixed till repairs could be made a few days later. Would have been fixed soon, but rain was a factor. Thanks again to all. Chris, Amy,Will, & Mason.

The owner Chris was fantastic and answered my calls and questions in record time, came out quickly for an estimate. Once great price was agreed on, he arrived on time with his staff to get started. This is an old house which I'm sure gave them some challenges, but they efficiently went about their business and answered all my questions, got the job done, left everything clean and made sure I was satisfied. Kudos to Will and Aimee! I would highly recommend and will definitely use Calkins Electric again for my next project.

He called PROMPTLY, in regard to setting up an appointment. On the day of service, they arrived on time ( a bit early even) and came in with a very friendly demeanor. The job was handled in an expedient and professional manner. I was Very pleased with every aspect of the service call. Excellent. Chris was very patient and thorough, he went above and beyond what I hired him for. I would hire him again in a heartbeat as well as recommend him to all my friends. I purchased a new pool pump which required a licensed electrician to place the electrical cord as well as the ground wire.

I wish I hired him to inspect my home before buying, as he was able to catch a lot of issues missed by my inspector. He quickly came to the house and fixed my dryer's faulty electrical wiring. I plan to use him again for many other projects I have planned. Very happy with his service. He even gives a military discount :)

Excellent, Chris and Amie fit us in within 24 hours. It would have been about 10 hours but I couldn’t get out of work. I was very appreciative since we’re in a middle of a heat wave and it’s a day before the 4th. They tracked down the problem and also identified that the safety breaker was no longer operational. All was fixed. I have two other projects that I’ll definitely use Chris for.

Chris responded to my problem immediately (during a cold snap), temporarily replacing the Nest thermostat and turning on the furnace. He came back with Amy and Alex to rewire the Nest thermostat and assure me that all was well. His (and his coworkers) responsiveness and professionalism is impressive.

Able to schedule same day service, although not expected was much appreciated. Chris and Amy traced down the problem to a connection box and transformer under the deck. Repairs were made and they even assisted in re seating the sockets and switches.

I called them late on Friday, Chris returned my call first thing on Monday, made an appointment to come out Tuesday to price the job. He was on time, and came out the next day to do the job. He and helper worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when done. Will hire again, and have recommended him to several friends. Really nice to have a contractor return calls and show up on time as scheduled.
