About us
3F Property Services is a 3-year-old business in Syracuse that works a little differently! For small jobs, our crew of professional, multi-skilled handymen is available to you at a flat hourly rate of $40 per man-hour, with no minimum charge. We can do multiple jobs in one visit. For larger projects, including painting, flooring, and bathroom / kitchen / whole house renovations, we can dispatch one to four of our friendly, reliable team members to work as directed by you, at the same hourly rate. In this way, we're able to offer extraordinary value and control to those who wish to fully control their own projects. It is our goal to become the team you go to when you need work done around the house. Please give us a try -- you won't be disappointed!
