He also pointed out a bare wood strip on the side of the door that was swelling in the humidity making the door stick. He planed the edge and painted it so that the swelling would no longer be an issue. He cleaned up and charged a reasonable amount for the work he did. I have already hired him to do some additional work. I highly recommend this company."

He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it.
