The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case."

"Rene is a total rip off. Paid top dollar for a snap lock standing seam metal roof. The whole process was a nightmare. 2 years after installation the whole roof top has been banging with drip edge lifting 2-3 inches on all sides. Facia is blowing off due to nails pulling out and not a single drop of adhesive or silicon. Soffit has blown off in multiple locations and all surface are warping. Beware he does not stand by his work even with written guarantee of all materials and workmanship. His words are nothing but lies "

He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. He will happily take your deposit or payment and vanish without finishing the job. Do not trust a word he says, he is dishonest, unreliable, and will leave you high and dry. Learn from my experience and avoid getting robbed."
