"They arrived 2 hours late. They left equipment on my property came back and got their property without my permission. They dumped dirty water in my pool after they said that they were not going to. They said they were able to fix a patch and then they said that they were not able to. Very unprofessional. Every time I set up a time and date with them they were late or did not show up and they took the top off the pool and left it balled up in the grass.. I would give them no stars if possible."

When the corona virus pandemic besieged us all, we realized that there was an opportunity to once again serve our community, but in a more future focused manner that made full use of the skills gained in energy efficiency and home improvement we had developed over the years. LDR is now focused on providing a very special, very important need to our community and our world-hyper energy efficient Passive House buildings as new homes and home renovations. We will no longer do smaller remodeling projects like kitchens, baths, additions and basements. We have moved on to doing just whole house Passive House 'Renphits' or new build Passive House homes. Says they had no idea that the home was vacant (despite the For Sale sign in the front yard and empty house). Nicole now understood the house was vacant and said she would send someone over. The pool never cleared up and instead of following up an proposing moving to a different program (she said the current one would not work), they let the two more weeks go by. They had every opportunity to sell me what ever it took to make the pool look descent but failed. The relationship ended with Nicole yelling at me on the phone. If you are looking for a pool company with ZERO customer service and the inability to open a pool WITHOUT your help, this company is for you. What a disaster..."
