"WARNING. DO NOT USE. Driver backed the truck into our house trying to get unnecessarily close causing structural damage from impact. Also damaged landscaping and curbing. Owner‘s (Moti Bitton) only response was take pictures and call the office Monday. No apology. No offer for assistance. Have it all on video. Took two calls to the office to speak with co-owner (Dana Bitton) who after following her instructions replies with an email threatening to not submit the evidence and claim for the tens of thousands of dollars of structural damage to their insurance unless I clear my fifteen hundred dollar outstanding invoice from the move. Also no apology, curt and clearly no desire to provide any assistance. Mistakes happen but no excuse for poor training and unprofessional and rude ownership who mistreat their repeat customers. The test of a business and ownership is the response when mistakes happen. I can’t convince all to stay away from Arthur Werner but hopefully I will convince some."
