"Hired to redo my husband's bath as he broke his hip and needed a bench and grab bars, also to update main bath. Gave him requested deposit for both jobs. Never finished husband's bath and bailed on the other. No refund issued, owes me $1600! His contract Is a joke, has incorrect address. If a contractor is available when you ask beware. All the good ones are booked."

I do have sub-contractors work for me for things that Ace doesn't do but we are all one big family of good friends. I use the same sub-contractors all the time, most have been lifelong friends. I offer senior citizen discounts and this is determined by the job or time and materials. We won't tell you something needs fixing if it really doesn't. I started pulling nails at 5 years old for my grandfather and have been in the construction field ever since. I have a great standing with most of the code field officers, some have even referred me after seeing my work . There is no job too far away. Ace Motto: No job too big or small, we do them all. Our customers are the #1 priority.
