We had an emergency when we had a leak in our roof. Since he couldn't come out himself at the time, he was able to recommend someone else who he trusted to help us get the snow and ice off the roof. Then Jim was there as soon as the weather cooperated to help with an emergency fix in the middle of the winter. He then came out later in the spring and was extremely conscientious in making sure the leak had been taken care of, and insisted on not being paid until the job was completely finished. The repaired and painted sheet rock was blended perfectly with the old.
He has done other work for us as well. He does beautiful remodeling work, very high quality with lots of attention to detail, and we trust him and his recommendations.
