"Everything was very good. Their service was very good, the workers were very considerate and they worked professionally and their price is reasonable too."

"Kevin recently took down an existing 2 level deck and replaced both decks with new composite decking and two staircases. Kevin and his staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable and did an amazing job. Kevin and his staff go above and beyond what is asked of them. Kevin and his team are the best contractors we have ever had! We look forward to working with them on several other projects. P.S. Kevin and his staff DO what other contractors tell you canâ t be done."

"I am very glad I hired Brian VanKleeck. The primary task was cedar shake replacement, but he also installed copper gutters, wood gutters, rebuilt a chimney, and repaired a shed on a 1773 historic house. Historic methods and aesthetics were an important part of the project. Brian sourced the materials and corroborated details with experts, including people who had worked on the house many years ago. He is skilled in the techniques in question, and was a clear and careful communicator throughout. He is very organized. Not only that, but he brings humor, humanity, and joy to the process. Highly recommended."

"I would wager it's pretty rare that your relationship with a contractor is so smooth, so collaborative and so easy that they become a legitimate friend... but that's what happened with Dave Nessel and me. He came recommended by our architect, and we hired Dave to build our custom 3br, 3ba modern home in the woods of Woodstock, NY. He was head and shoulders above the other contractors we interviewed in terms of thoroughness, communication, availability and ease of collaboration. The home he built was within 5% of our agreed-upon budget (and that 5% wasn't even his fault — it was unknowable site complications) and we did it 3-months faster than anyone else quoted us was possible. Dave navigated massive supply chain issues without a single delay to the project through his organization and foresight. But more importantly, our home is beautiful and Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. I simply cannot sing his praises any higher (and have recommended him to 3 different friends since)"

"Scott was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He communicated every procedure before expediting exactly as he planned. I look forward to having him complete a few more projects in the near future. He’s 5 star 2/2 thus far. An absolute pleasure."

"Joe and Chris exceeded all of our expectations with the job. The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom. Joe and Chris explained everything they had to do to complete the jobs and Joes estimate was reasonable in price. They are both gentlemen with a professional attitude, friendly and easy to talk to about the work and a variety of other topics not related to the job at hand. I highly recommend them."

"????? - BEST CONTRACTOR I am a big investor and own multiple properties in the Bronx, and I hired godinez for a full gut renovation of a 3-family house on Concord Ave.He is hands down one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Amazing, reliable, experienced, and truly knows what he's doing. When we hit unexpected issues - which always happens in a full gut - he didn't get stuck, he found smart solutions on the spot.He has the right team, the right guys, they work FAST but the quality is still top. Communication was excellent the whole time, and his pricing is very fair and honest. If you want a contractor who gets the job done right, on time, with no headaches - this is your guy. Highly, highly recommended."
