Get matched with top subcontractors in Putnam Valley, NY

"Me and my husband are first time home buyers. We are from nyc and new to suburbs. Don’t know much about maintaining houses. Researched a lot about hiring a contractor. Even checked westchester county contractors black list and asked around what to do and not to. Made a list of contractors and contacted Angela first, with all the horror stories from internet about other GCs in my back of the head. As soon as we met her i could feel that we can trust her. She gave a honest estimate. It was more than our budget. So she came up with other ways so we make it work. Not saying that she was suggesting cheaper materials instead or anything like that. Angela and her team has integrity from start to finish. She makes everything tidy and makes sure to get job done properly. She took care of our house as if it is her own house when we couldn’t get to the house from city because of work. Can’t wait to have other projects with her in near future."

"Santucci did a fantastic job. and I highly recommend them to make same project. They arrived promptly. They actually rebuild my wall better that it was originally build. Despite the 90 degree plus temp. the man never stop working aside from very short break. Perform beyond my expectation. I certainly work them again without reservations."

"A very good experience. The job was done as described. Would strongly recommend."

"10+ year customer of American Pioneer, including 3 bathrooms, bedrooms, full basement, 2 decks, patio, even a pool! Mark and Allie are dependable and always do a great job, even if we can be particular about certain aspects of the job. They are always accommodating and not happy unless we’re happy with the work. I would recommend them any and every time!"
