Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Exterior Pro did a roof replacement with asphalt shingles, replaced and covered facia with aluminum, replaced soffits with vented PVC and installed gutters. Four other contractors were also considered. Was very impressed with the work ethic from the installers and the overall results. Would hire them to install vinyl siding at a future date.

Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
If you want a local company that is honest, and fair with their pricing, you need to hire Exterior Pro. They did a fabulous job installing a new metal roof to our home. From start to finish, they were professional and kept us informed at every step of the way with some issues they found in our very old home. They made recommendations on fixing these issues to ensure we had a job that was not only well done but beautiful! Don't hesitate to call them. We sure will when we are ready to install new siding.

This was my second time using Exterior Pro Builders and once again they did not disappoint. The entire staff, from the office to the workers are very professional. I had some fascia ripped off from the wind and they responded quickly to my call. Billy was able to get me an estimate and arrange the work to be completed within a few days. Once completed everything looked great again

Marco and team were just AMAZING! professional, qualified, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Our family friend used them and gave us their name with high marks. WOW! is all we can say ! a team of 12 men and 6 trucks were in and out of our driveway within less than 2 days! 5000 sq ft job They use only good quality materials and they do quality work. We needed 10 skylight closed up - they came inside the house to frame the skylights - NO mess - NO fuss - just worked like clockwork. They notices bad plywood - they didn't just brush over anything - replaced what was needed with all quality products. Installed new skylights and framed those well. They also reinstalled heat tape . All at a competitive price. WOULD hire them again in a heartbeat! TOP NOTCH.

Marco brought an entire crew and got the work done quickly and to high standards. No short cuts. Quality materials and a quality job. They actually did a reroofing job for us and also a complete roof rebuild with fascia and gutters, plus roofing and siding on a small addition. Place looks brand new. Thank you!

This is the second time I had Exterior Pro replace a roof for me and the work, workers, supervisor and estimator, Billy, were all excellent. The price was the most reasonable that I found and the job was done within about a month of my acceptance. The crew finished each job in one day about 12 hours each. Please note both houses are near 100 years old and the second job had a three layer shingle tear off! They even fixed a metal awning on my garage that was nearly torn off by a wind storm AT NO CHARGE!! Thanks, Exterior Pro Builders!

The experience of working with EPB was excellent from start to finish. The company's representative, Michael K., patiently worked with my wife and I on design and color schemes, and then EPB displayed even more patience as the pandemic forced us to delay start plans. Once the job finally commenced, Marco and his crew worked efficiently - and masked - to produce a beautiful end result, making sure to clean up around our house each day of work. EPB is easily one of the best, most effective and reliable contractors I've ever worked with across four decades of homeownership. I could not recommend them more highly.

The staff at Exterior Pro Builders were a pleasure to deal with. Starting with Michael K who came out and assessed the storm damage to my roof and worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I was made whole again. We set up a date for the new roof to be installed Marco and his crew arrived and did a total tear off and install of my new roof in ONE day. The crew was great and the clean up was amazing. Great job guys.

Cannot say enough about these guys. They started the job on a Friday as promised. They were ready to go at 7:00 AM and worked nonstop. By Monday the job was just about done, and I could not be happier. The attention to details were above expatiation, the clean up was impressive, and the completed project made our home look brand new. The neighbors have complemented us over and over again. It is a please to come home each day and see the updated exterior, with new gutters, the beautiful window and door trim that lightens up the exterior wonderfully. I would recommend this company and not hesitate to hire them again for our next project. Thank you Exterior Pro Builders, you really are PROFESSIONALS.
