Given the property is a condo, we agreed he?d come back another day so I can get approval from the property manager to cut near the pipe in the wall. He quoted me 450 and said it would take about 3 hours. After approval, he said he would come back at 830am. I let him know I would need his license number to prove he was a certified plumber. He said no problem. I coordinated with my tenant to have them home and Christopher no call and no showed. He still has not responded to any text or call. I?m pretty sure he?s not licensed. Anyway, I got a plumber to come in today who fixed it in 20 minutes for $140. Long story, go elsewhere for any plumbing work. "
