Sync Mechanical was also honest about their schedule when also responding to emergency calls of no hot water. I appreciated that because I was never left with false expectations. They were able to fit me into schedule even when it was very busy. It felt great going with a local professional company that were honest at every step of the way and large enough to handle multiple jobs in the Hudson Valley. I did not feel overlooked. I have been stood up by contractors twice before so it was really important to me that my time was not being wasted. The repairs were done within a day and all the old materials were disposed of by Sync Mechanical. I also received my invoice in the mail which made it easy for doing my taxes.
