Expert Mechanical came and helped me in a stressful time. My leach field was improperly installed where it was only operating at 30% and it had to be replaced. After searching through many contractors we found Expert Mechanical LLC. Seth and his team installed a new leach system, french drain and redirected my gutter system. They did an outstanding job. Seth was professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, responsive and sympathetic to my situation. I highly recommend Expert Mechanical for any plumbing, Heating, and Septic repair. I would definitely use this company again if needed.

Spoke with Seth and within 4 minutes he was able to get the info he needed on the job and give me a quote. He was even able to match right size tank though I had told him it was a T as he figured out it was a standard with pics I provided all the pros that responded. He was out the next day in the am and installed the unit and explained its operations. I glad I selected his company over the six others I spoke with. In summary, great experience, great pricing and great service!

Seth was there immediately when my furnace quit. Despite COVID-19, he went out of his way to find my furnace and it was installed the same week! He and his son did an immaculate job and were finished in hours! His prices were so fair, he does not take advantage of a customer in trouble! Wallace, my propane provider, would not make an appointment until a week later and anticipated a 5-6 week delay on servicing equipment they insured and estimated $2000 higher! I am blessed to have found Expert Mechanical and will use Seth hereafter. Thank you so much, Seth, you are one in a million!

While in my home the workers notice that a valve needed changing they explained what would happened if We kept it longer so they changed it. Seth was awesome. He came on short notice ( my water heater broke and he showed up the next day for me). He was even able to come early which was a huge help. He was able to fix the heater and he was was definitely above and beyond. A must hire for any plumbing needs.

We hired Seth, at Expert Mechanical to install a new high-efficiency, Hayden hydroponic heating system throughout our entire home, with multiple heating zones and corresponding thermostats for our one-level, ranch style house in Spring Glen, NY. At the same time, we hired Seth to do extensive plumbing work, replacing a number of rusted out pipes in our basement, and installing a new water pressure tank. We found Seth on HomeAdvisor, and saw that he was highly rated. We had nothing else to go off of so we were really hoping it worked out. I m so happy to say, he could not have done a better job. Seth is personable while remaining professional, highly highly responsive to communication. He makes himself available for questions and is willing to even pull over in his car and take an urgent call, to give you his full attention. He s willing to come check on things at the house if needed, without any problem. I never get the feeling that we are bothering him, or that he is put out in any way. Seth is helpful, courteous, and reliable. Let me tell you about the heating system he put in, it is a game-changer. We are so happy with this system. It is light on the electric and light on the propane, and it heats our home evenly. One big concern I had was that we would have cold patches and patches that are overheated. Not at all. The heat is evenly distributed, reliable, and just a wonderful update to our home. This was the right system to buy and the right person to install it with. We lucked out. The fact that Seth could also do such extensive plumbing work at the same time as a testament to his range of skills. We needed a few pipes replaced and paid Seth to do that and also install a new water pressure tank. Seth s pricing is very fair, and without me even asking, he went above and beyond and did significant additional plumbing work without charging us more. Yes we had paid him for the plumbing, but he did beyond what we paid him just out of kindness. He also threw in some repairs to the hot water tank, which he both identified and corrected without us having to ask him. Also no charge for this part, just as a thank you for doing business with him. The work he did is high-quality and it has changed our quality of life in our home. Even now, after all the work is completed, Seth continues to be responsive to calls and is willing to come by on very short notice if anything urgent comes up. I just couldn t be happier with Expert Mechanical and with Seth. I highly highly recommend them.

Called several HVAC companies through Home Advisor. Expert Mechanical estimate was less expensive by more than half the others. Met with Seth on Tuesday to assess the job. New boiler installed Friday morning, (had to order unit otherwise would have been done sooner). Removal of old unit & installation of new unit completed in under 1 1/2 hours. He even hung around another 1/2 hour to make sure everything was working properly. Very professional, curious, cost effective & quality craftsmanship to say the least. Gave 5 stars but only because that is the highest rating, Would rate a 10.
