They had to repair the crack and then refill the Freon. The entire unit was covered in ice and it was 95 degrees out, it shouldn't have been that way. No one expected that and it took them about 30 minutes.

Coles of Washingtonville was bought out by Surburban Propane and Coles is officially closed.  Surburban Propane was rude and way over priced.  I signed up with H. Reynolds & Sons in Central Valley NY who are excellent, low priced and totally efficient in every way.

Serviceman arrived only a little late but because we were the first appointment of the day I docked them down from what really should be a perfect review. The work was done well, quickly and cleanly. I had budgeted for the work to take longer. The gentleman who booked the appointment also though the service would require more time. The serviceman could have easily stalled the work out for that extra hour we had budgeted and I would never have been the wiser. Instead, he just came in, got the work done and we got on with our day. The serviceman also went the extra mile by tightening down the faucets he worked on for me - a challenge to do given the small size of the cabinets these sinks are in. I would use this company again without hesitation and I would recommend them to others as well.

I called and spoke to Bob at the end of January. He told me the Boss would get back to me with a price for a new toilet with install, and removal of old toilet by days end. Never heard back. A week or so later I called again, and was told a price and given an apology. I told them to order the toilet on that Tuesday and he said it should be in by Friday but didn't want to mak promises just in case, but would call me as soon as it came in to schedual appt. for install. I waited two weeks, never heard anything to this date. I am sure the toilet was never even ordered. I was very disappointed with their professionalism going by the reviews on your site. (not blaming angies list). I did not feel like I should have to call again as they didn't seem interested in doing the job.

It was great! The plumber was prompt and professional and was careful with my old pipes and new appliances. Even better, they billed me so I did not have to use a credit card or fuss with checks. If I have plumbing needs again, I will definately give them my business.

It's great to use my washer again instead of the laundry mat!

They removed the old boiler and parts, installed the new boiler that was shown to me in the product brochures.They performed a very clean install with all new lines, fittings,valves, and venting. I am very pleased with the job and would recommend this company to anyone .

I called Coles in the morning around 930, and set up an appointment for between 12-130 pm on the same day. Someone called back at around 1130 am and informed me that someone will be there  1-130, and showed up at 115pm. He was freindly and answered my questions and fixed the toilet right away. I would definitely use this company in the future.

They were still repairing a problem that I had under the house and were checking a water softener they had put in when I called them to check on the faucet that I had a problem with. They are excellent and will come when you call them and are very respectful. The people are very professional, honest and I don?t feel like I am getting ripped off by them.
