"Jon was immediately responsive and helpful. I explained my situation and that I was concerned I might need to replace my furnace (a opinion from another company). He stated he would just come do a diagnostic and we could go from there. That diagnostic fee was very reasonable. The tech came, stating that it was likely the "board" that needed replacing. They ordered the part and immediately came out and finished my mix. A HUGE RELIEF that I did not have to replace the furnace right before winter. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
