He stated he would just come do a diagnostic and we could go from there. That diagnostic fee was very reasonable. The tech came, stating that it was likely the "board" that needed replacing. They ordered the part and immediately came out and finished my mix. A HUGE RELIEF that I did not have to replace the furnace right before winter. So for once I felt like I was being dealt with honestly, and they went above and beyond. I will call them with ANY of my HVAC/Plumbing needs. Thank you Jon and the techs at Sync! I'm still WARM!!"
