"Ali came over to our home when we called with a concern of the air flow in our central air conditioning system. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"I am very happy with AC air ducts cleaning! They told me exactly what they were going to do and how much everything cost. I never had our air ducts cleaned but they made it so easy! Very happy and would happily recommend them!"

"Victor recently replaced my home AC unit. I have been using his services for many years. I have found his prices to be reasonable and the quality of his work superb. He does the work, not an apprentice or a new grad that you get with many other places. He has also always been quick to respond to emergencies, never longer than the next day."

"Mr. Angel Zapata arrived on time. Asked preliminary questions regarding the job to be done. Very professional. Listens! Explained what he would be doing. We are very satisfied with results of this furnace repair/cleaning. Explained job as he worked. Would highly recommend his service to others in need of HVAC solutions."

"SYNC has been taking care of all our Heat and A/C needs for the last year. We have a complex heated floor system which left the other pros in our area dumbfounded. "I have used this company for years. Mitch the owner and his crew are wonderful. Excellent technicians, reliable, punctual, knowledgeable and just nice people. They will be there in a heart beat for emergencies and make sure everything is working perfectly. I have used them to install and service my split duct a/c and repair my heating system. I would not use anyone else. They explain every detail of the service or repair so you understand the work they did. They are the best!"

"Jay was at my house within 2 hours from my initial call. With it being a very humid night and no AC this really made my day. Very thorough!"

"Owner of the business (Frank) was terrific. He took time out of his day to call me and discuss the issue I was experiencing with my AC. He was very patient in working with a third party insurance company. He had one of his repair men at my home 18 hours later. The tech was top notch, he had great knowledge of the system and all of the components associated with it. Knew what the issue was within 5 minutes and quickly repaired. Definitely one of the best AC repair experiences I've ever had."

"

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

We are very happy.

"Advanced Professionals was very prompt in sending someone over to our office to assess the issues with our Air Conditioning unit. It was extremely hot weather and having an office full of doctors and staff was unnerving and frustrating. They were able to accommodate us right away and sent over their technician Rabi. He was very knowable and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. He was able to get us back up and running. He was very thorough and took his time to explain exactly what the issue was and gave recommendations on how to avoid this problem in the future. We are very confident in the service provided and will continue to use Advanced Professionals for any future services needed."
