"Anthony and his team stopped by to give me an estimate on removing a 6" flex pipe that had been installed in the chimney pipe to vent a wood stove. They climbed the roof, inspected the chimney and determined the flex pipe did not run the length of the two story chimney but was about 6-8' in length. They removed it and also took care of its disposal. And the cost was absurdly reasonable - dinner for two would have cost more. "B&P Chimney folks are awesome. I called them up on Monday evening to get an estimate for Chimney cleaning/repair and they came by on Wednesday to take a look at the current condition. I was pleased to know that the owner Paul was personally there to help/do the work. Before even talking about the estimate, he and his employee inspected the fireplace, boiler, and the chimney. They even took pics of my chimney from the roof to show me what he was explaining. Glad to know that there are still honest people out there. He recommended just the very basic must do things and let me choose other things I asked.
