APPLE FLOOR COVERING

Prefacing my review by saying that we are not related, friends with, or ever met Joe, the owner of Apple Flooring, before reaching out to him for an estimate for carpeting for the stairs in my condo. Looked online and found Apple Flooring had excellent reviews yet still had doubts whether or not they were real reviews. I called and and spoke with Liz, who was exceptionally nice. Joe, the owner, came to give us a complimentary estimate. He definitely knew what he was talking about, didn’t pressure us, seemed very honest, and although the job was labor intensive his estimate was very fair. Also liked supporting a local business and we didn’t even have to go into the store. We’re very happy with the carpet and the installation was done exactly the way we wanted. Only regret is that we didn’t find Joe & Apple Flooring prior to installing our Luxury Vinyl flooring!!! Plan to go back to make a runner for my entry. Highly recommend Joe and Apple Flooring!

The job went well from beginning to end. Very helpful helping me pick out colors and plenty of brands to choose from. The installers were very professional on time and neat. I would definitely use this company again.

Five stars to Joe, the owner of Apple Floor Covering and Window Treatments. He has a great office staff and professional installers. He came to my house for an estimate, gave me a great price, ordered the product and had it installed very quickly. His installers were extremely competent, careful and polite. I can't believe how beautiful the job turned out. Highly recommend.

He did not install the carpet I chose and he agreed to install and gave an estimate. On the day of installation he asked showing me another carpet with two different colors, brown and black, in his truck if I rather have it. I said I did not like it because the black color made the carpet look dirty. And the carpet was thin. He also had the carpet I chose in his truck. After the wort was done, I looked around quickly and everything seemed OK. And I paid. When I was cleaning, I noticed that the carpet was not the carpet I chose. It looked glossy. His crews left a couple small remnants. When I examined the remnants, this carpet was clearly thinner. He did have the carpet I chose in his truck earlier. Apparently he went and came back with another carpet and his crews installed it. And his crews made a lot marks, indentations and cuts, on the wooden parts of the stairs. Even though these are minor damages, the damages should not have been made if they respected customers homes.

Joe, the owner came to measure and gave me a price. His workers came to rip up the old and install the new carpet. Very clean work!

Price was unbeatable. The service was excellent. Any questions I had were immediately answered..they showed up on time to install my carpet and cleaned up before they left. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again as well.
