After a frustrating experience with another company due to their careless work, I was in a panic to find someone reliable. That’s when I came across Palermo Flooring. Upon meeting with the owner, **Matthew Bruno**, I explained the situation. He quickly assessed the condition of my floors, as we were planning to refinish and stain the hardwood in six rooms. Matthew and his team of 2 to 3 specialists were everything I hoped for: prompt, respectful, and highly professional. They were incredibly patient and even great with pets, which was a huge plus. Their workmanship was exceptional, leaving my floors looking stunning. The team was clean, courteous, and meticulous, ensuring every detail was perfect. I can’t recommend Palermo Flooring Inc enough. Olvin is incredibly responsive and professional in all areas, from the initial reach out via Angie's list, to communicating about the project, and during all phases of the work. I hired them to demo a bathroom shower that had a leak, to tile the new shower once the plumbing was complete. Of course, there were additional issues which Olvin explained as they occurred. The team was very careful to protect my floors and my stairs as they performed the project. His pricing is very reasonable compared to some other quotes that I had received, and even with the additional work that needed to be done due to the extent of the leak, still came in significantly below the original quote from other companies. I cannot recommend Olvin and his team highly enough, and definitely plan to use them again for future needs."

"Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. We will definitely hire again for various projects around the house."

"Carlos was extremely attentive to what I needed for my closets and provided great recommendations as we were brainstorming different solutions for how to customize for my new condo. He was prompt in all of our correspondences and transparent about the entire process. I have a couple of oddly designed closet doors that we had to work around; but when the drawers I was hoping for weren't available, Carlos said that he would custom build to what I wanted! We hit a speedbump with me catching covid, but Carlos was very supportive and still came through to complete 2 out of the 3 closets I contracted him for while I stayed at the far opposite end of the condo. I was so grateful for the enthusiasm, professionalism, and straight up care Carlos and his partner put into this project. And I am LOVING the work that's been done so far!
