"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. "Bought a faucet at Lowe's. After looking at the connections for a pedestal sink, I decided to have this one professionally installed. It was a two hour procedure for a professional plumber. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. "Well, I called Old Faithful and spoke with Joe. The water tank had been leaking for quite awhile, so it wasn't an emergent situation. We arranged for a time for him to come out for an estimate the following day. What a pleasant & easy to work with guy!! He arrived promptly at the appointed time, assessed the job and gave me an estimate within a day. He does not do regular plumbing & will inform you of such if you need other projects performed. I found the estimate to be very fair and felt very confident that he could do the job. I also requested that he replace the water filter housing so everything would be the same age, being that our water is so hard. He assured me that the tank & other parts would be from a plumbing supply house and not be from the cheaply made stuff available from HD. That was really, really important to me. In the grand scheme of things for essential home items, it doesn't make sense to be penny-wise & pound foolish! The job was completed a week later without exception. He actually even moved the tank over several feet in order to make it more look better and give more room! He was neat, knowledgeable, affable and a pleasure to work with.
