They did structural repairs and corrections since the previous framers botched up the house.  Terry was responsive and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I would definitely recommend TMC Construction for general contracting issues. They do neat and quality work at a reasonable price. Also, it is a plus that he is aware and knowledgeable with the framing codes  Jersey City enforces. He made sure everything was done correctly for the framing to pass inspection.

First of all they returned my call very quickly, they came to the house and checked everything out, they met with the insurance adjuster, they were very helpful, and they were very business like.
