I?ve had my inground pool for over 30 years. I have dealt with Crystal pools recently with Lakeside Pool, which was a total disappointment. So I took a chance and I called Anthony at Backyard Bosses and I?m so glad I did. He is the ultimate professional and he did a wonderful job fixing my pool. I am not one to write reviews but the backyard bosses certainly deserve two thumbs up from me ????. i called tony on the first hot day of the season after foolishly not covering my pool for the winter. (first timer).sensing my frustration he showed up to my house the NEXT DAY ready to tackle the problem i created!! his quote was more than fair. i actually thought it was really cheap.. usually you get what you pay for. but this time i got someone who was reliable honest and consistent from the second he answered the phone until my pool was sparkling clean. big thanks to the backyard bosses. you will not find a more reliable company. it is truely been a pleasure

I had a terrible leak in my skimmer pipe. It was causing my pool to lose a lot of water last season. It was a very delicate situation with electrical and irrigation directly over the repair. These guys handled the situation very professionally! They were fairly priced and easy to work with. I would recommend them for anyone in need of pool repair. Thanks guys!

The ideal contractor for projects requiring both expertise and thoughtful planning listens carefully to clients' needs, engages in discussions of technical specs without being dismissive or condescending, is honest about the scope of work needed (rather than folding in upsells), offers transparent and fair pricing proposals, communicates promptly, respects agreed-upon time frames and, above all, actually takes pride in, and stands by, his work. In this day and age, I thought such a creature was a unicorn. Imagine my amazement and delight when Tony and his team actually managed to tick off every item on that list and truly exceed all expectations. They installed new plumbing for my inground pool in record time, taking care to minimize the mess involved in digging up 40 linear feet of yard and removing part of the cement surround. The work was carefully performed and inspected, and Tony went the extra mile by identifying and addressing an issue unrelated to the original contract. If you value integrity and the lost art of a client-focused approach, then I cannot recommend The Backyard Bosses highly enough!
