"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. He is extremely courteous and professional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM for any plumbing or water treatment needs. Ken H., New Paltz, NY."

"This was a total positive experience. I would highly recommend Parker Plumbing and Electric. We have owned a home for 40 years and he is the first plumber who actually returned phone calls promptly and answered all our questions and explained the work he was doing. "John and his apprentice are great, friendly & personable people. They came right away and took care of my plumbing problem. They worked with me on prices and are very affordable! "I used D. Rhode Heating, Plumbing and AC for two projects. First was an installation of a new air conditioning and heat pump unit. From beginning to end everyone we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dan was very helpful thoroughly explaining our options and giving us a fair estimate. The office staff were always friendly and helpful when we called them. Jeff, Dwayne and crew did a great job in the removal and installation of the new unit. They were very respectful and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. The second project was the installation of a new well tank. Jamie was very professional and knowledgeable and also did a great job with the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend D. Rhode."
