I had two other fellows look at my foundation project. 1 only gave an estimate based on photos and never came to the house. The other didn't want the job because he couldn't make enough money on it. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He used concrete to set the drains in place to make sure they will not shift over time. He was careful about the pitch of the drains. Left a neat work site.
