We've been here for 44 years and this is far and away the best paint job we've ever had on the exterior of our house. Steve is is the best there is! Honest, trustworthy and professional. His crew is fantastic. Wilmer, the foreman, takes great pride in his work. From pressure washing, to prep, to painting, they did a great job. The prepping work was done with great care. Wonderful guys. They were here for six days and we were actually sorry to see them leave. They felt like family. Steve roofed our house 5 years ago and the roofing job, like the paint job, is the best we've ever experienced. Steve has also done a lot of carpentry work for us, including a new porch, and, once again, the absolute best work we've ever seen. The pricing is very, very fair. Flying Colors Roofing and PaintersSteven and team did an outstanding job turning our home from one with chipped paint from multiple terrible painting jobs and gapping holes from woodpeckers to looking like a brand new home! The team replaced all damaged shingles, removed an old door and added shingles in its place to match the rest of the house, sanded down the old paint (over multiple days) and then painted beautifully. They also took some extra days to remove old wallpaper up our stairs and in our hallways, repaired the drywall and repainted. Every day the team was onsite and ready to work at the time we were told (and usually even early) and the project was wrapped up exactly when we were told, and surpassed all of our expectations. The roof replacement took only one day and once completed Niko made certain the work was perfect but that every nail and piece of debris was carted away. The stucco was repaired, followed by the exterior paint job and gutter and leader replacement. Every aspect of the job was monitored by Niko who was constantly present to address our questions or concerns. The exterior home painting was done thoroughly and details I did not even think of, his painters did! I would not think twice before recommending Gika's. Hernane Vilaca, the manager on the project would visit daily, call or text daily and also just take time to walk around the property and talk with me. He painted samples on my cedar shake so I could take a day or two and decide. Any cedar shake that was rotted or broken - they replaced with new and painted! bathroom regrout I’m adding to my previous review. Jose stated he asked that the shampoos be removed because he did not “touch people’s things”. However, when I got home from work my bath mats were moved. I inquired about who moved them and was informed they were moved by Jose and/or his workers. So he did not want to touch my shampoos but moved my bat mats to put down his materials needed for the job.

Let me start off by saying I can't say enough about this company. My house had previously had cement bricking on its face, porch & sides of the garage. Due to weather over the years and not being properly sealed, it started to fall apart. Anthony came, viewed my project, and then emailed me a quote which was better than I had thought possible. When he worked, he worked for most of the day, was polite and respectful. A very nice gentleman. His work was superb. It went beyond anything I could have asked for. He takes pride in his work and gives each stone its own detail. When completed, I couldn't have been more happier! It looks as if it was meant to be that way always. I absolutely love the work he did and would highly recommend him. I wish I had more projects for him to do! Big shout out to Anthony & his company!!
